Distant healing offers a convenient, affordable way to receive healing while you are at home, to schedule in-between the school run, while housebound, working shifts, or live far away from a clinic. Research into quantum physics, shows that distant healing really does work, because our energy and consciousness are non-local. Meaning they are not housed within our physical body. This allows the energy of the client and practitioner to connect no matter what the distance. The other advantage of distant healing is that psychic insights may be gleaned, due to Suzanne being in a quiet, meditative state at home too. Simply prepare 15 minutes before your session. Lie down and relax and focus on the gentle rise and fall of your belly as you breath. Switch off non emergency notifications, background TV distractions, avoid scrolling and honour your wellbeing by relaxing with eyes closed. Reiki is subtle but powerful. You will simply feel relaxed during your session and later on, experience changes that occur quietly over time; like a seed growing. We do not need to connect via a camera or microphone during the treatment. Intention helps.
