Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. In exceptional or unexpected circumstances, please email and I will review the diary and try to rebook you as soon as possible.

Please sign the consent form for yourself, or pet, prior to the session.
It is helpful to email a photo of your pet, plus their age, sex, name and any health history. You can also send by Telegram messenger.

Business Hours

Emails will be replied to within business hours. For emergency cetacean strandings or wildlife rescues, please add the word EMERGENCY in the email subject line.
