Sussex Primary Care Mental Health Self Referral - Directory of self referral services in East and West Sussex, UK

Health in Mind - Free courses and self referral scheme for NHS mental health support for PTSD, stress, anxiety, low mood. Mindfulness based CBT course. ​They offer a self esteem course and support for living with a long term condition. Silver Cloud online therapy is a free online therapy platform. 

NHS Early Intervention for Psychosis - self referral scheme for residents in East and West Sussex, England. Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (EIPS) provides community-based support to people aged 14 to 65 years old who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Early intervention means getting help quickly for unusual, distressing experiences in order to start your recovery as soon as possible and to reduce the chances of problems coming back. For people who have not yet received treatment for psychosis, or people who have had less than six months treatment for psychosis.

Self Referral for MSK Health - A self referral service in East and West Sussex for residents experiencing Musculo-skeletal health symptoms for more than 6 weeks. 

The Living Well Programme - Currently only for West Sussex and Brighton and Hove residents. This service provides a free 6-week self-management course to help people living with any long-term health conditions.

Sussex Bladder and Bowel Service - This service of specialist continence nurses offers individuals with bladder and bowel problems assessment, treatment, advice and support, including pelvic floor training.
