A WOMEN ONLY SERVICE Experience Usui Reiki healing while immersed in the natural beauty of Stanmer Park nature reserve on the outskirts of Brighton. To help you restore balance and find deep tranquillity. This 1hr 30min session combines traditional Reiki energy work with grounding on the grass afterwards. Option for shade under the sycamore tree or under the full warmth of the sun. Panoramic view of the parkland. See the resident buzzards, butterflies and swifts. The location is open meadow and grazing land with long grasses; unsuitable for seasonal allergy sufferers. Please note: For personal safety reasons, all outdoor one-to-one sessions are offered exclusively to women. As these sessions take place in semi-rural outdoor locations, I have a responsibility to ensure my own personal safety while providing the best possible experience for my clients. Thank you for your understanding. £50 for 1hr 15 to 20mins plus 10 mins grounding at the end. Stanmer was originally called Stoney Place. The whole valley is shaped like a uterus. There was a temple dedicated to the Divine Feminine on the upper hills in ancient times. A stone circle site has recently been found just north of the village centre and Astro archaeological groups and dowsing groups have been mapping the energy and exploring theories. There is a car park, bus stop and toilet approx. 10 mins away. There is a steep hill climb to the location. Travel: Bus 78 runs hourly to Stanmer village from old Steine via Lewes Road, it stops at the park gates and terminates beside the church. Walking from Falmer station takes approx. 30-40mins depending on fitness. Pay and display parking available. ** Please allow extra time before the session for dealing with the confusing and temperamental parking app. There is a Cafe at One Garden, and a Tea Room in the village. Opportunities for solo time relaxing in nature, or hiking on the Downland or woodland afterwards. You are welcome to bring your dog, if they are able to lie down with you and rest during the session. Pets do benefit from the Reiki energy and witnessing your relaxed state and release of energy. Sometimes dogs will sigh and release energy for their owner.
