Service Description

Friends, Family and IFF (Infiniom Freebies for Friends) referral scheme bookings only. Friends & family if you require an out-of-hours or emergency session please email. Please get comfy 15mins prior to your session. Have a cosy blanket to hand, put warm socks on. Choose your relaxing meditative playlist well in advance. (Infiniom on Spotify). Lie down and close your eyes. Focusing on the gentle rise and fall of your belly can help you to relax. We do not need to connect via a microphone or video. I don't need to see your body in order to facilitate the treatment. So you can relax fully and privately. After the session please go slowly, ground yourself using intention and doing some gentle movements. Nibble a snack. Drink plenty of water over the next 48hrs to aid detoxification processes. Avoid rushing off, driving and operating machinery. Sleep, snooze, cry, hug your pet, if you need rest and comforting. Spend some quiet time in nature; realisations are more likely to arrive when we are quiet. I will email a feedback report within 72hrs to share the areas that absorbed the most healing energy.
